Weekly Breathwork Circle

Join us in a safe and loving space every week for a guided Breathwork session to release stress, process difficult emotions and reconnect with yourselves.

Our session will begin with a short grounding meditation, followed by a few journaling prompts to get us out of our minds and into our hearts. You'll be guided into an active breathing session set to a different playlist, curated for each week based on the collective energy.

Breathwork is an active meditation fuelled by a consistent, conscious breathing technique. It is a powerful tool to help you quiet your mind, connect with your body and heart, release stuck energy and emotion, dissolve stress and anxiety, and experience deeper levels of spiritual connection.

What you'll need:
– a comfortable, cozy place to lie down with minimal distractions
– blanket
– laptop / device charged or plugged in
– headphones or external speakers
– water
– journal & pen
– wear light, comfy clothing
– optional: a light pillow, eye mask, crystals, candle, essential oils
