What is Breathwork?

Breathwork is a heart opening experience where you will be guided on a journey powered by an active breathing technique, timed to a curated music selection designed to let go of the mind and drop into your body. The active breathing portion is usually around 15 - 25 mins and will start off slow, and build into a crescendo where you will be invited to let go with a collective release (with a cry, a laugh, a holler, a hoot, a yell). There is so much power in being able to feel the energy of the group and releasing together; you are not alone. Then you’ll be invited to return to your normal breath where you’ll get to rest in a restorative state for the rest of the session (around 5 - 10 mins) where your heart will be more open, and able to receive insights and healing.

Breathwork is done lying down and it is recommended to have an eye mask, blanket, water, journal and pen nearby. I recommend not having a pillow under the head to allow for the throat to be as open as possible. If joining in a virtual setting, I invite you to light a candle, bring in any crystals and essential oils to create a safe, loving space for you at home.

How to Book

 

1:1 Breathwork Session

A 60 min private session dedicated to you and your healing, with a curated playlist. Online sessions have the option of a recording to be sent to you following the session. In person sessions are now available in a studio in Pacific Heights in San Francisco.

 

Couples Session

A beautiful experience to dive deep into healing with you and your partner to peel back the layers and meet each other at a soulful level in a 90 minute session. Reconnect with your partner and release any emotional blockages together. Virtual sessions are available and can travel in-person within the Bay Area (additional travel fee may apply when outside of San Francisco - reach out to inquire).

 

Group Session

Breathwork sessions can be a powerful experience when done in a group setting that can help teams reconnect, release and reenergize. Contact for private group/ corporate sessions for a custom quote.
