Feeling ungrounded and disconnected from your body lately? If you feel like you’ve been holding onto your breath, you’re not alone. It’s time to let out a collective exhale, recalibrate, and return to self by breathing it all out. Join us for an evening to excavate and bring tranquility to your inner landscape through the power of your breath. I am delighted to partner with Manifest House to provide a two hour workshop to CULTIVATE INNER PEACE.
We’ll start with a seated meditation to ground and center ourselves, followed by a few journaling prompts to get us out of our minds and into our bodies. We’ll then flow into a guided Breathwork session, amplified with Reiki energy healing to help us feel and move through our emotions. We invite you to join us in a safe and sacred space where we will have the opportunity to share and witness others’ experiences at the end of the workshop.

Breathwork is a form of active guided meditation, fueled by a consistent, conscious breathing technique that can help you quiet your mind, connect with your body and heart, release stuck energy and emotion, dissolve stress and anxiety, and experience deeper levels of spiritual connection.
Reiki is a Japanese technique that uses the power of invisible life force energy that flows through your body and around your body to promote healing. Reiki translates to “spirit energy”. Relax, receive and release energy blockages that can cause imbalances in your physical and emotional wellbeing.
We encourage you to have the following on-hand to maximize your experience:
+ A comfortable, cozy place to lie down with minimal distractions
+ Headphones or external speakers (sound quality is important)
+ Blanket and pillow for under the knees
+ Eye mask or something to cover your eyes
+ Water or tea
+ Journal & pen
+ Anything else that may make you feel cozy (candles, crystals, essential oils)
+ Wear light, comfy clothing and avoid having a full meal 1-2 hours before
