With the world turned upside down, let's take a moment to pause, reground, and tune into our breath.
Join us for an evening with The Wild Ones Community to reconnect with your body with a grounding meditation. We will also perform intuitive movement to loosen our physical bodies before diving into a guided Breathwork session.
We'll celebrate movement as our medicine, by moving our bodies and shifting any stuck or stagnant emotions through the power of your breath. Breathwork is an active meditation fuelled by a consistent, conscious breathing technique.
Breathwork is a powerful tool to help you quiet your mind, connect with your body and heart, release stuck energy and emotion, dissolve stress and anxiety, and experience deeper levels of spiritual connection.
